I want to go to Japan next year to study the language (probably July 2025), and want to reach a level which I can work in Japan. I was planning to get a part-time work while there, but then my mother suggested I do English teaching instead.
My question is, how much time would I have to study Japanese if I work as an English teacher? Would I be able to study effectively? Is it worth it given my goal of working in Japan someday?
Edit: by part-time, I meant that I would be doing that while doing language school
