Has anybody actually been able to use JET’s online counseling service?

I’ve tried and failed twice to actually meet with these people. The first time, I booked my appointment online and gave my Skype info as they requested. You’re supposed to just wait online on Skype at your appointment time for them to call you. At my appointment time I didn’t get a call, so I sent a message via the email address they gave for urgent/day-of issues with appointments. twenty-five(!) minutes into the 40-minute appointment time, my counsellor finally replied to me and said she couldn’t find my Skype account when she searched the ID I gave. She also somewhat rudely told me to double-check my Skype info next time.

I was pretty frustrated, but I still wanted to try the free counselling route, so I rebooked but selected a different counsellor. I double-checked all of my info, and this time I even used a different Skype account to search up my own profile and verify that it’s visible from a public search. Well, same thing, no call. I sent an email to them again but this time just didn’t get a reply at all. Even if it was somehow a mistake on my end, I don’t understand the complete lack of effort to problem-solve when the call isn’t able to go through at the start of the appointment time.

Has anybody actually successfully had appointments with this service? I’m obviously going to give up on this one and keep looking elsewhere, I’m just curious if anybody’s actually managed to have a positive experience with them.
