How much can I realistically improve my listening in 3 months? (JLPT N2 prep)

I am going to try and keep this brief. I’ve been studying Japanese for a little over 3 years and have racked up over 2,763 hours according my data sheet. I’ve reached a point where I can understand shows like death note, Faye stay night, steins fate without no subs. I recently applied for the N2 July thinking I should be able to hack it only to discover from the mock tests that my listening skill just isn’t enough. I only got 2 or 3 questions correct out of the bunch.
I figured that if my listening skill was good enough to follow Saber and Archer’s deep philosophical conversation’s monologues about ideals and Light and L’s lengthy monologues, that I should surely be able to understand the N2 dialogues. Nope. Clearly not.

The issue that I had with the listen segment bts is that I could under understand it enough on the first try. For most of the audio samples, it took me 2 or 3 attempts to grasp the content of the discussion. Obviously, this isn’t good enough as they only play the audio once in the exam and on a speaker. I am not as worried about reading, but at this rate I am going to get utterly destroyed in the listening section. Realistically, can I Improve my listening enough to grasp the content first time in 12 weeks

EDIT: Another issue I had is memory. I literally forget everything that they’ve said by the time the audio is finish, so it becomes impossible to answer the question
