Currently looking to renew my working holiday visa, although I have been traveling from prefecture to prefecture. My address is listed in Tokyo but I currently waiting on a moving out letter from my previous local municipal office as I am now living in Osaka. ( It’s being sent to me via mail)
Can I renew my visa in the Osaka immigration office or do I have to update my residence card first to my new address then apply for the extension?
Because currently its looking like I have to wait for the moving out notice to be delivered then go to city hall before I can apply for the extension…
