Hello. I bought my phone and simcard in Japan, and it was working fine for months until yesterday. My data isn’t working and I cannot send text messages. I have not run out of data and my payment has been taken for this month. I have tried restarting my phone, turning airplane mode on and off again, even taking the sim card out and putting it back in again. I have no idea what is happening and I was hoping if anyone could help
