As English is not my first language, please excuse the grammar mistakes.
When it was time to move out of my uni dorm, I opted for Leopalace. They didnt say anything about a million yen or the guarantor when we first started the contract. But now as the new semester almost at the door steps, as the title says, they demand a million yen in my bank account or a guarantor present, or I will have to give up my room. I have neither a million yen nor a guarantor. Did this happen to anyone? What should I do? Also what rental company is the most friendly to foreigners?
