The 2024 New Japan Cup winner Yota Tsuji might join the United Empire soon, here are my reasons for thinking so.
1. Evil and Sanada both left LIJ in the same New Japan Cup that they won.
2. UE currently doesn’t have a top heavyweight, every other faction does
3. Yota is only in LIJ for personal gain. He said as much in post match interviews.
4. Will Ospreay offered him a spot in UE when he was a young lion.
I’m for it, since NJPW has their next top face in Shota Umino and they need to make the Nakamura to his Tanahashi. Yota is that guy. The heel turn and leading his own faction would only solidify it. Thoughts?
