Chinese Buffet Sushi, they also have a build your own Poke Bowl station, about $16 per person for weekday dinner. Usually have more variety on Nigiri and rolls but it was busy so they mostly just made imitation crab rolls, tuna and salmon nigiri. Most my poke bowls had spicy tuna, edamame, crispy garlic, eel sauce, seaweed salad, and squid salad.

This looks way better than the sushi at my favorite Chinese buffet. I rarely get it there because it’s mostly skimpy nigiri and no sashimi in sight. This looks really nice for a Chinese buffet.
