So basically, I noticed in some news reports and anime that sometimes て is omitted when it is being used as a conjunction. I can’t think of a specific sentence but I remember it being used like 逮捕され.. and it continues on without the て. I thought that it had to be 逮捕されて… in order to connect it. Can anyone please explain why they do this?
