Are there any Sakura blooming yet?

Hi All,

My Mum has come to visit me for a week and wants to go see some Sakura since all the news outlets were saying they would be early this year.

I’ve only seen a few in the past week since the cold snap we had a week ago. Has anyone seen any around town yet? I’d love to head up to Mt Ikoma and Ishikiri this weekend, but I don’t think there are any open yet.
