Chiropractor experience in Kobe, Osaka or Kyoto?

Hi all,

I am looking for some chiropractor recommendations in Kobe, Osaka or Kyoto.

I found one English speaking guy in Osaka[Osaka Honmachi](https://www.drbanchiro.com/%E3%83%9B%E3%83%BC%E3%83%A0/english/) and was wondering whether anyone has been there and what’s your experience.

I regularly hit gym, but I have been having issues with proper muscle engagement and proprioception. I feel my body is “stuck” and I can’t do proper full movements when training back (etc. pull-ups) or chest. I have some asymmetries and imbalances in body posture as well. Sedentary work is killing me (R&D).

I’d like to get check my spine, posture, joint stiffness, etc.

Additionally:
– is it covered by health insurance?
– what are usual fees at chiropractors?
– are they really helpful here?

Thanks

  3. I’ve got a recommendation for a 接骨院 or bone setter in Shiga, called Seta Sekkotsuin. I’ve had back and shoulder issues, but this guy works magic. He speaks a bit of English. Usually, I go in 2-3 times, and I’m good for at least a year or more. Seta Orthopedic Clinic
