Hi everyone hope you’re doing well and minding yourselves, it’s a really nice day today btw. I moved to Kyoto in September for school. Many people helped me with questions at that time and i’m still really thankful for everything. I now apologize because I come yet again to r/Kyoto with another question !
So I’ve been thinking of getting a bicycle for a few months now – but I have a specific illness (Multiple Sclerosis, so fuzzy skin and little decrease in dexterity/sense of touch, however not really debilitating at all) so in my head I’m thinking maybe I’d have to declare this and also get a license plus insurance or even a proficiency test etc? I was just going to buy a nice bike that suited me and use for a bit of exercise and as an alternative to the bus. I’m an upper intermediate Japanese student so if any resources are in japanese, that’s grand !
