2 of the 3 days we have planned for these will be raining. Which are best in the rain and which for a clear day? First time doing all of these. I have a kansai hiroshima area pass that I need to use for these 3 days
My thought is that miyajima is better on a clear day – less fog and the sights are less beautiful in the rain. Nara might be muddy but still picturesque and enjoyable. Osaka seems like the obvious choice for Rainier day. Is that right?
