I’ve been living in Japan for over a year, and I just got my 3rd ¥6,000 national health insurance payment in 2 months. I haven’t been to the doctor since last summer, and I recently switched addresses. I never had to make payments this frequently. This started happening before my jusho no henkyo last month. What’s going on?
