Hello everyone. I am curious where I can learn more about the history of Japanese culture and identity. How did the Japanese become who they are today? I want to understand what it is like as a Japanese person: norms, self-identity, thoughts, values, and struggles—social, societal, new and old.
Are there any good documentaries or YouTube channels for this? I’ll take all the history. Thanks!
