My AC is making dripping sounds

So I moved into a newly built apartment recently and for the first two days there were no issues.

Now my AC unit which I haven’t touched is making dripping sounds but nothing is actually leaking.

For some reason, as soon as a door is open or a window is open it stops. It will start again once it’s closed. Obviously I will call the management soon but is there maybe something I can do to fix it?
