I am moving apartments very soon, and I’m in the process of buying new furniture.
Unfortunately, there seems to be at least one tatami room (usually the bedroom) in the apartment complex I’m moving in. I really want to sleep on a Western-style bed than futon, so I was wondering if you guys have suggestions on what kind of bedframe is ideal for a tatami room.
What can you say about this: https://www.amazon.co.jp/dp/B07J9SDX16?starsLeft=1&ref_=cm_sw_r_apan_dp_NM35YQ6VSR35ADZQ0862

Some bedframes come with huge circular feet that won’t cut into tatami. You can also purchase big hard plastic disks to set your bedframe on top of so it won’t cut into the tatami. I’d suggest getting a set of those, although my experience is that you’ll still get a little impression.
I had a tatami bedroom at my old house and the bedframe didn’t have feet per se but it was rather like a hollow rectangle (where 100% of the frame was in contact with the floor)
I don’t know if it was specifically designed for tatami floors but even after 2 years it barely left an impression in the floor
