My parents are coming to visit me in Tokyo for Golden Week and I’d like to bring them to a traditional performance of some kind, but am surprisingly having trouble finding much even searching in Japanese. Did find Zakuro Show and performances at Kabukiza which both look good but I’d like to hear some other recommendations! We will also be checking out some cities in Tohoku (Aomori, Hirosaki, Sendai, Aizuwakamatsu) too so recommendations for performances in those areas would also be great! 😊
