I worked for Interac and they made zero effort to connect other ALTs with each other.
The root of the problem, is that unlike eikaiwas where you can make mates naturally through working together and going for drinks after, that’s not possible as an ALT when you’re the only foreigner.
How did you do? Were you not bothered? Made friends elsewhere?
EDIT: I’m not actually looking for advice, I was just curious how you guys made mates. I joined a local
ALT chat group and became buddies with those guys.
