A. should I pay for service – taxi? to avoid the Monday rush hour subway experience?

B. my hotel is in Akasaka. I tried to follow reddit knowledge and remembered Asakusa as Akasaka. weather reports predicting rain Monday and Tuesday. Should I hang out around the shrines in asakusa waiting for hotel OR head to tsukiji market (yes I am aware of tourist trap) to walk around? I remember reading someone used the early time to beat the crowd tsukiji market. Or would I be too late already?
