I have been doing peer-to-peer crypto transactions before coming to Japan. This generates a good amount of money depending on the month.
Since I’m in Japan under a Student Visa incl. 28h work permission, is it legal for me to continue my p2p crypto ‘hobby’ in Japan and have Japanese buyers.
Not 100% sure whether or not this is looked as business activity or not by the Japanese immigration.
