Where to find the most comprehensive, up-to-date MEXT English (foreign language) guidelines.

I find looking for stuff through MEXT to be a complete nightmare. Documents are often not dated, links die inexplicably etc.

I am wondering what the most current MEXT guidelines or directives are for English education. Specifically I am after JHS and HS. Most sources site the 2018 revisions to the course of study when discussion English education in Japan. Are these the most recent ones? I feel like there has been broader changes taking place recently. If not, what are we supposed to be working with.
