I was thinking about having a dinner picnic after work this week with some friends in yoyogi ideally catching some peak Sakura as I’m out of town this weekend. I’m wondering if that’s a bad plan. Is the area around the sakura lit up at night in a way that would make a 6:30ish picnic dinner pleasant mid week?
