Advice and places to visit near Nagoya, Japan for first-time travelers

Good day. We are a family of four (with a 7 yr old and 1 yr old) and planning to visit Nagoya, Japan (specifically LegoLand) for a whole week next year, 3rd week of January 2025. Aside from LegoLand what other places can you recommend to visit? Tips during this trip and how much would be the estimated cost? If you could help me build an itinerary, it would be much appreciated. Thank you.
