Evening Plan: Visit Shibuya. Is this doable or would you advise roaming around Asakusa?

Yoyogi Park,Meiji Jingu Shrine (near Yoyogi Park), Sake Barrel Wall, Akihabara
TeamLab (Booked Tickets for 7PM)
Omoide Yokocho for food and drinks (Izakaya – small food plates)
**12th April (Tokyo)**
Shibuya Sky , Shinjuku Billboard, Takeshita Dori for shopping.
Golden Gai District
**13th April (Kawaguchiko)**
Departure from Tokyo for overnight stay in Kawaguchiko.
Relax and stroll nearby places: Honcho Street, Chureito Pagoda.
We would really like to take Shinkansen train for travel, but because of this stay, we would miss on the fast Tokyo-Kyoto line. Any suggestions?
**14th April (Kyoto)**
Arrival: Check-in to hotel near Higashiyama.
Dinner options: Men-ya Inoichi or Kyo Tsuke-men Tsurukame.
Dessert: Fruit Hosokawa or Tsujiri Tea House.
Evening activities: Explore Pontocho or attend a show at Kaburenjo Theater.
**15th April(Kyoto)**
Wake up early for Fushimi Inari
Head to Gion neighborhood and explore the area (return kimonos whenever you’re ready)
Eat lunch at Nishiki Market and browse the various booths
Attend a tea ceremony or stop by Maccha House for matcha desserts
Head back to the hotel to freshen up for a kaiseki dinner (like Gion Hanasaki)
**16th April(Kyoto)**
Spend the morning in Arashiyama (eat lunch in Arashiyama)
Visit either Tōfuku-ji Temple or Fushimi Inari (for the street food)
Shopping in Pontocho (Pokemon Center Kyoto is there!)
**17th April (Osaka)**
Departure from Kyoto to Osaka.

Osaka Bay Area and Kita District
9:30am: Travel to the Osaka Bay Area
10am: Visit Osaka Aquarium (Kaiyukan)
11:30: Eat Lunch at Tempozan Marketplace
1pm: Travel from Osaka Bay Area to the Kita District
1:30pm: Explore the Kita District
3pm: Travel to the Osaka Castle Area
3:30pm: Visit Osaka Castle
6pm: Dinner in Kita, Minami or Central Osaka
**19th Day 2: Minami District and Tennoji**
9:30: Travel to the Minami District
10am: Explore Minami
Noon: Dotombori Area and Lunch
1:30pm: Visit Hozenji Yokocho
2:30pm: Walk through Doguyasuji Arcade
3:30pm: Visit Den-Den Town
5:30pm: Eat dinner in Minami
7:30pm: Check out the evening views from the Abeno Harukas 300 observation decks in Tennoj
P.S: It is our 10th wedding Anniversary on 19th April and we want to make it memorable, Searching for the best way to celebrate in Osaka.
Final leg of the trip yet to be planned. This is our first trip to Japan and we are hoping to make the best of it. Heard cherry blossoms are delayed this year so hoping to catch them.
