For the longest time, I’ve been watching k-doc, especially My Neighbour Charles, on YouTube. Basically it’s just about how foreigners who moved to South Korea are living their daily lives with their Korean families, tbh I got no idea why I started watching it or why I’ve kept watching it for so long, but apparently there’s something intricately fascinating about just watching normal people’s everyday lives on the other side of the world to me.
I’ve been trying to find something similar for Japan, since it would be great listening practise and also nice to hear “normal” spoken Japanese, but I haven’t been able to find anything similar.
Does anyone know if something similar exists in Japanese? I’ve only just begun studying at N4 level so would still need subtitles to understand fully.
I’m not much into reality TV, and especially not dating programs, but something about daily life would be awesome.
