Hey guys so I’m doing a night shift part time job but having trouble sleeping during day time maybe around 3-4 hours top then waking up, my friend suggested me melatonin, I don’t know if they sell it here in Japan also what are your tips and tricks or alternative methods of getting into deep sleep?
