How to plan travelling bus (instead of trains) in Tokyo?

My post sas removed by auto-moderation saying I should read the FAQ first. I have and I haven’t found an answer to my question. I don’t see how this question could be against the subreddit rules.

I am going to Tokyo next week and I would like to travel by bus as much as possible. I have tried to find travel planning apps / sites but I haven’t found a one that would be a good one for planning bus travel?

Google maps gives me trains when I search a connection between two places. Moovit does not understand my addresses, for example “2-10-2 Ginza, 104-0061”. Citymapper app shows me trains; there are also bus routes there but I cannot make searches, there are just the bus lines and most of them are in Japanese only.
For example, I would like to travel by bus from the address above in Ginza to Tokyu Hands store in Shinjuku (5 Chome-24-2 Sendagaya, Shibuya City, Tokyo 151-0051, Japan). Where would I find easily the route by bus?

Some may want to give me advise that I should take a train but I am interested in the Tokyo buses this time. Traveling by bus may be time consuming but it lets me to see so much more.
