Amazon delivery pick up details not received

I ordered something from Amazon and had it delivered to a convenience store. It’s been delivered and the store even has my order but I haven’t received the barcode or authentication number yet. Is this common that Amazon forgets to send an email with the pickup details? I am not sure who to even contact in this case. It’s been 6 days since the order was delivered and I need my order urgently. Any advice would be helpful!
