Canadian here! I’m planning to go to Japan with a WHV after I graduate uni a year from now. I know you can’t work full-time with this visa, but I figure you can look for jobs in Japan in the meantime?
I’m also wary of the work culture in Japan, and I’m considering working at a foreign company (like a US company based in Japan).
How likely am I to go to Japan with a WHV, find a job with a foreign company within a year, leave Japan for a day, then return with a work visa?
