Hi guys, I’m a international student who just come to Japan for just 6 months for studying abroad, when I register my katakana name for residence card, I don’t carefully notice at that time since I was very bad at Japanese and ask them to write for me based on my romanji name. After 1 week or so, my university give me a student card and the katakana name is completely different from what I expected.
Now when I register another bank account online, they rejected because my name in the official document different compare to katakana name I input (which is my kanakana that my university provided for me)
Do anyone know how can I change my katakana name in the official document :((, I think it would probably gonna cause a lot of problem in the future
