Hello! I have been looking for a specialized coffee/barista supply store in Japan. I know many folks recommend kitchen towns in big cities, but I haven’t had much luck there yet. Specifically, I am looking for equipment like bottomless portafilters, milk pitchers, espresso scales, tamp mats and espresso shot glasses.
From looking at past posts, it seems like Union Coffee in Kappabashi (https://www.timeout.com/tokyo/shopping/union-coffee) may have some coffee equipment as well as Arai Kitchen Speciality Shop (https://goo.gl/maps/ZiNFZFizYeshFFVW6).
I am looking for a physical store in Nara, Osaka or Kyoto…but it would be cool to learn about Tokyo ones too (and hopefully they have an online store).
