Maybe try some of the rainbow rolls with raw fish on the top or at least the spicy tuna rolls. This will help you develop a taste for the fish and then you can start getting into real sushi and sashimi.
Maybe less green onion and not straight up mayo drops? Honestly thats just taste preference though these are pretty good for home cooking
What toppings did you use for the rolls and what did you put inside them?
The one on the far right looks really appealing to me
Looks amazing. Love the cutting board.
Your nails match the avocado beautifully!
How do you cut the avocado so thinly? And get it on the roll without mooshing it all and screaming?
Needs more proteeeeeeiiinnn!!!!
Looks delicious.
Enjoy!
Is the feedback request for real? Like, you’d be okay with anything I said?
Pickled ginger and wasabi? Looks tasty.
Nice XJ.
do you share and are those home made?
Feedback: I need this in my stomach asap
Looks beautiful
I would increase the filling-to-rice ratio, other than that, looks great!
I’m personally not a big fan of eating practically half an avocado with every bite. I like to keep my rolls nice and simple, makes you appreciate the quality of the ingredients more.
Is that seaweed on the one toward the left? Looks amazing.
Hard to tell from the photo, but it looks like your rice might by slightly over cooked, or your knife that you cut the rolls with isn’t sharp enough. That’s why you’re getting the issues with the structural integrity on rice, which should be smoother in form. Also maybe a touch more rice vinegar?
