Hello! Fairly new to living in Japan and I’m sick today. Its the first day I’ve been actually really sick. I need to eat something. I don’t know what i should eat! I don’t have the strength to cook. Let me know what your sick meals usually are.
Edit: not a cold but nausea and vomiting. In the US i usually eat Saltines
