Working in Japan vs Eu?

Hey all. I’m working at one of the Northern EU countries at the moment. Although it is not really a good job, the work conditions are nice.

I’ve been thinking of finding a job in Japan and moving there. But most of the companies offer only 10 days of vacations per year. I’m like “wtf”. Here where I work now, I’ve 28 days of vacations per year starting from first working day.

My question; are all companies in Japan like this? Are there actually western-cultured companies that actually care about employees? What are the chances of finding a employee-friendly working environment in Japan?

I love Japan and I want to live there actually but work conditions are scaring me out tbh.

I have JLPT N2 by the way and probably I’m already N1 level. So I don’t have language barrier problem.
