Hello! Im going to Japan soon and I need some help with the luggage service. Im coming from a hotel in Kyoto and would like to send my luggages in Tokyo but the problem is, im staying at an air bnb.
I’ve seen that people use convenience stores to send their luggage but how does that work?

You just go to a convenience store and ask them if they ship luggage. You can use Google Translate to ask.
You can also look for the actual locations for the shipping company called Kuroneko Yamato. Also called Yamato Transport or Yamato or Ta-q-bin.
クロネコヤマト or ヤマト運輸 in Japanese.
They are often located in major train stations or near them.
We searched for what was closer and more convenient, a konbini or a Yamato hub for our hotel to Airbnb transfer. Worked out well
