Im a huge fan of the movie Heat and want to buy Heat 2 the book. I have it in Japanese already as it’s here in the book shops, but I want the English version too. Amazon have it, but,
The last four things I’ve ordered on Amazon have been 3 books and a blu ray. The blu ray had a crushed corner but the books looked like they’d had the absolute shit kicked out of them.
They used to come wrapped and pressed down in plastic but I noticed recently they just come loose in these brown bags so that’s probably why.
I complained and did get some money back each time which is great service, but honestly I’d rather just have a book with its dignity intact and pay full price for it.
Not sure how anyone can help but maybe someone can share an alternative site to buy English books? Has anyone ordered a book from Amazon recently and received it in new condition?
