Hey all. A little curious to find out how much you guys are paying on your resident/neighbourhood association fees.
So far I’ve been paying 5k a month, and nobody seems to know exactly what it’s for or why it’s so expensive including JTEs in my building.
Everyone else I’ve asked over discord seems to be paying about 1-2k per month. Am I being fleeced? 😂
