I received a 内定 from this company for supporting 特定技能 people of my country (Asean)
I have received various company policies documents and procedures to change my visa
Not yet for my working contract( i havent signed anything)
During interview, the vibe are nice there are a lot of south east asian people working there which makes me think socially it won’t be such a traditional japanese
The bosses seems chill and they told me piercings are even ok
I read their long company policies, and they even allow leaves for menstruating women, a lot of leaves for child care. So i thought it’s a good start
But some things are bothering me especially the visa situation
My interview was this week, and they want me to immediately work by 1st april
I still have my student visa, since it’s impossible to have my visa change finished by april 1st. They want me to arubaito for the first 1-2 months
I think starting april first is too fast, but i dont have that many choices for now with a person from a weak visa country, i dont mind starting then
But then my school informed me that i’m not allowed to work arubaito under my student visa after 31st of march
So legally, even if the company is processing my visa change. I am not allowed to work april 1st
I’m trying to have a positive outlook, maybe they didn’t realize this.
But their company hires so many foreigners and deal with 特定技能 people
At first, i had a bit of doubt with ratio between amount of 固定残業 and the 給与. but now the visa thing is concerning me
I have sent them email requesting for discussion regarding this matter, currently waiting for reply
I just want to know what people think here, or if anyone experienced something similar

Edit . Email reply came and they said “ i think its probably okay to work during that period”
And the minashi zangyou is at 45 hrs
