Mid Range Cherry Blossom Stud earrings and Jade pendant?

Pandora was 13k JPY for the earrings which I thought was a bit much, though can return if corrected.
Also looking for a simple Jade pendant (don’t care if fake).
Any suggestions?

Tokyo Kyoto or Osaka all good.
