My PR application is under processing at the Tokyo immigration bureau. At the end of last month, I got my residence card renewed (Engineer/Humanities visa; 5 years).
1. Should notify this change to the PR section at the immigration office somehow? I assume, yes.
2. What’s the process of sending a copy of my new residence card proactively, without them notifying me? Is there a mail-to address? I tried calling them once, but couldn’t connect.
