We are planning to take the limousine bus from Haneda to Shinjuku Kabukicho Tower. It appears that this bus makes a direct line from the airport to Kabukicho Tower and that the drive time is expected to be 65 minutes (departing on a Friday at 3:50). Google Maps estimates that this trip would typically take 35 minutes during this time of day.

Has anyone ever used this service to Shinjuku? Did it really take this long in your experience?
