I have direct contract with NTT for the fiber connection and seperately have contract with ISP (provider). I have used BBexcite so far and while they do provide the full 1gigabit connection, I have had issues with speed dropping down quite often. On weekend day time sometimes as much as only getting 10Mpbs on a 1000Mpbs connection. That is 1% of the maximum speed.
Hence, I am looking for swapping ISP. Any recommendations which ISP has had steady connection speed and good service. Any suggestions or recommendations are welcome.

Edit: changed from PPPoE into IPoE and average speed went up to 500Mbps, lowest I saw was 200Mbps. A lot faster.
