I will be in Tokyo (April 18 – April 28), Kyoto (April 28 – May 1), and Osaka (May 1-5). I’ve been told to skip areas such as Philosopher’s Path or Keage Incline since there won’t be many Cherry blossoms anymore. Just wanted to double check here. Thank you in advance.
