My husband and I wondered around Shinagawa for 2 hours while looking for DiverCity Tokyo Plaza. Our GPS wasn’t working, so we had to find an area where it would work. It was surprisingly tranquil, compared to where we were staying in Tokyo. Not sure what the last building is, though (maybe a treatment plant?)

It take about an 1h20m to walk to DiverCity from Shinagawa Station. Walking across Rainbow Bridge is pretty cool.
