I currently live in Kyoto but I am taking a 3 day vacation in mid-May and I wanted to fish for at least 1 day so I wanted to know where I could rent equipment and acquire a permit/license as well as some places where I can fish and if you could give me advice something since it would be my second time fishing (I will stay in the Naha area near the port)
