Will be in Tokyo Friday morning 4/12. Staying in Osaka 4/15 and back to Tokyo 4/20. Will I see anything in Tokyo? Also willing to travel 2 hours north of Tokyo to see some cherry blossoms in Sendai/Fukushima on 4/20. Any chance I’ll be able to see any?
