Basically this. I do a ton of stuff already, but was wondering if there was anything anyone else could advise me to do.
I have a ramen shop near me that has japanese newsletters available for free. i usually take one and try to read through it and write down common kanji that are being used.
I am working through Genki 1, make my own flashcards, and use duolingo as a supplemental resource to help me practice basics.
I also started playing Pokemon Sun in Japanese gana/kana, reading it aloud and trying to build more connections in my brain. I tried playing it in kanji, but I spent too much time translating to make proper sense of it.
Any other tips to help me on my way?
