Aloha everyone! Traveling to Japan from Honolulu to Haneda end of November for 9 days (family of 5– 3kids already in their teens). 7 days of actual exploring, since I’ll lose a day from travel and arriving late in Haneda. Need advice on where to base my family. Below are my options, please chime in if it’s a good option.
1. -Haneda airport straight to Osaka (base) 4 days exploring Kyoto, trip to Hiroshima and explore Osaka, then go back to Tokyo for a couple of days to explore.
2. -Haneda airport straight to Kyoto (base) 4 days exploring Osaka, trip to Hiroshima and explore Kyoto, then go back to Tokyo for a couple of days to explore.
3. -Make Tokyo our base for a few days then book and airbnb at Kyoto or Osaka. Then back to Tokyo
