Is this a good Japan Tech Company Entry Level Position Information Development Japan [ID Holdings]?

I am heading into my 3rd year at University in the US. I am a computer science major with a minor in Japanese. I’ve studied abroad in Japan for a semester and am pretty close to ‘Business level Japanese’.
I was contacted by some recruiters for ID Holdings a tech company in Japan that says it believes incorporating foreign workers is crucial for the company to prosper. They say currently its about 10% foreign staff. They provide housing assistance for a modified studio apartment in Tokyo at around 30,000YEN a month. With all the bells and whistles of health care, transportation reimbursement, visa and relocation support, pension plan, and the housing I mentioned before.
Which is all fine and dandy but the entry level pay is around 226,000 yen a month on salary.

A lot of tech companies in Japan that advertise 4-6 million+ YEN yearly salaries require at least 3 years of experience. Is there anyone in these fields that can vouch for this company as an option? Is this a good choice as a foreigner?
